Sydney Shaffer placed 3rd in the NATION at the HOSA International Conference this summer!!!
Congratulations to Sydney Shaffer!!! She placed 3rd overall in the NATION in Clinical Nursing at the HOSA International Conference this summer. This was a journey that started last October when she placed 1st in Clinical Nursing at Area competition. She advanced to state where she placed 2nd, advancing her to the International competition in Nashville Tennessee. Out of 150 top students, she placed 3rd (beating the student who placed 1st at State)!!! Sydney will be attending UTSA this fall pursuing a career in medicine.
