Over 50 students were honored at the SPH Award Breakfast recently held at Burnet High School. Students are specifically chosen by a teacher for the quiet leadership they model each day by example. Each and every one of these outstanding individuals are building a culture of excellence here at BHS!

Through the HOSA Food Drive, Burnet High School was able to donate 791.9 lbs of food this year to LACare!

BHS Swim & Dive placed first overall at the Winter Classic Invite this past weekend. They hosted 9 teams and stole the show! The Girls team was 1st overall and the boys team was 3rd, with combined points they took the overall win! It was an amazing day with lots of PR's and top finishes.

AVID Seniors recently traveled to Stephenville to do a college tour at Tarleton and visit Foster's Home. Foster's home is a home for children who need a home.

The Bulldog Culinary Arts program, a.k.a THE IRON DAWGS, would like to invite you to COME EAT OUR HOMEWORK Thursday December 13, 2019 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Burnet High School in our student run restaurant (ROOM C110 - Bulldog Bistro)

The BBQ UnderDAWGS Team that compete the Friday before break at the State of Texas High School BBQ Championship Regional Qualifier in Belton,Texas at the Bell County Expo Center and brought home the GOLD as well as $8,000 each in Scholarships to the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts for a total of $40,000 for the team and they now advance to the State Championship here in Burnet!

The Esprit de Corps placed 18th at the UIL State Marching Contest! There were 165 4A bands that began the season at the region level vying for a spot at the State Contest and the EDC is number 18!!! We are so proud of the amazing job these young men and women have done all season!!
