Thank you to our AMAZING Custodians! We definitely have the "Best of the Best" here at BHS!!

Congratulations to new Choir Director Caleb Blakeney for being chosen as this week’s Spirit, Pride and Honor teacher of the week! Mr. Blakeney is a breath of fresh air here at BHS and we are looking forward to watching his new program soar!

This year’s Burnet High School Homecoming Parade will be held at the Burnet Square on Thursday, September 19th.

Charlotte Broadway and Jan Robin, members of the Highland Lakes Retired Teachers Association, are spending the day at BHS helping to register eligible students.

BHS is working hard to reach our goal of 100% of our students being involved in an extra-curricular activity or organization.

Grandparent's Day is Sunday, September 8th!! BHS would like to take this opportunity to thank ALL Grandparents for the love and support you show your grandchildren each and every day! We know how valuable your presence is in their lives and we appreciate you so much!

Congratulations to Mr. Joe Vann for being chosen as this week's SPH teacher! Joe never fails to go out of his way to help others, even though he is one of the busiest teachers we have. His smile is contagious! Thank you, Mr. Vann, for being such a positive presence here at BHS!

We welcome the community to join us on Thursday, September 12th from 7:30 - 8:00 am for a Meet and Greet with the new BHS School Resource Officer Jeff Phillips and new Assistant Principals Lindsey Lumpkin and Colt Carmichael. This is a great opportunity to get to know them and find out all they do here at BHS!
The Meet and Greet will be held in the Library. Light refreshments will be served.

Mark your calendars for the Mini Highlandette Clinic and Performance! Clinic will take place in the Highlandette Room on Saturday, September 7th and performance will be at Bulldog Stadium on Friday, September 13th. Click picture for more details. We hope to see you there!

Make plans to attend Junior/Senior Night! Counselors will be there with lots of information regarding ACT/SAT, ASVAB, FAFSA and many great tips on being Future Ready! Dinner is provided.
