BHS Interact Club In conjunction with Hill Country Fellowship, the BHS Interact Club donated $500 to buy a sewing machine to be used to develop job skills for Haitians as part of an International Service Project. Thanks to the help of Hill Country Fellowship.
Wind Ensemble Best In Class Award! Last Saturday, the Burnet High School and Burnet Middle School Wind Ensembles competed in the San Antonio Showcase of Music at the Convention Center in downtown San Antonio. Both groups gave great performances earning 1st Divisions from all judges! The Burnet High School Wind Ensemble received the Best in Class Award!

Burnet FFA Wildlife Team Places 2nd at the Region 2 Wildlife Contest! Congratulations Wildlife Team! This qualifies our Wildlife Team for the State contest to be held in Junction, Texas later this month. Impressive accomplishment.
Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest Congratulations to these students who won all three places in Burnet County! In addition, these students will be awarded a scholarship at the VFW in Marble Falls on Saturday, April 7th. This contest is sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary. Paige Adams won first place and will be moving to area, Jorden Berryman won second place and Rayn Tommbelly won third place. Congratulations to these outstanding artists!
