The UIL Academic coaches have chosen Wrigley Mulhollan as our outstanding student.
Wrigley has been competing in Current Issues & Events all 4 years. Let me give you a short list of her accomplishments:
3 Straight District and Regional Team Championships
1 State Bronze Medal Team
2 State Gold Medal Team Championships
Individual gold medalist at the district and regional meets and she has a bronze and a silver medal as an individual at the state meet. She is looking to lead her team to a 4 peat at the district and regional meets, and working to cap her UIL Academic career with another team gold medal and a gold medal as an individual at the state meet.
Wrigley will graduate in the top 3 of her class, those positions have not been finalized. She has been accepted to the University of Texas and the prestigious McCombs School of Business. We will definitely miss her leadership at Burnet High School. We want to encourage and support her as she moves forward in her academics and eventual career.
