From Coach Shipley:
District play kicked off last week with the Lady Dawgs hosting Marble Falls on Tuesday and traveling to Salado on Saturday — a schedule shift to accommodate homecoming activities.
Our JV squads started strong, sweeping Marble Falls in straight sets! Varsity fought through their first five-set battle of the season and came out with a huge win!
We loved getting the chance to honor our amazing champion teachers this week!

We are thrilled to announce that Journey Denton is now the career digs record holder for our program! 
With over 1,200 digs (and counting!), Journey continues to dominate on the court and add to her legacy every single match. Her relentless hustle, sharp instincts, and unmatched determination make her an incredible asset to our team and an inspiration to us all. Congratulations, Journey!
Saturday brought tough competition against an impressive Salado program. While we didn’t notch any wins, all three teams showed growth, grit, and continued progress against high-level opponents.
Looking ahead:
Tuesday – Home vs. Lampasas
Friday – Home vs. Taylor
JV teams will start at 5 both nights and Varsity will follow at about 6.
