From Mrs. Sandfer, NHS Sponsor:
As the Advisor for Burnet High School’s National Honor Society, it is my honor and privilege to present Miss Robyn Massey as Rotary Student of the Month for December.
Robyn is a senior who embodies the Burnet High School motto of Spirit, Pride and Honor. She holds herself to high standards in everything she does; her academics, her school extracurricular activities, her volunteer work. Robyn is the young lady you go to when you need something done and done well. She is reliable, meticulous and respectful in all things. Her caring heart has developed into a passion to help others. Robyn volunteers at her church in the children’s ministry and at a local nursing home. She is a member of the Burnet HS Interact Club and National Honor Society, both of which are focused on providing service to others.
Robyn currently serves as the NHS Activities Chair and Vice President for both the Student Council and HOSA. She has dedicated hundreds of hours earning both her Basic Life Support/First Aid certification and her Texas Nurse's Aid certification. She plans to attend Texas State University and pursue a career as a physician's assistant.
Robyn is a young lady who puts others before herself. She truly exemplifies Spirit, Pride and Honor.
