Burnet tennis traveled to Pflugerville for some tournament play on Thursday and Friday, February 8-9. The mixed doubles team of Callen Smith and Alex Burns won the consolation medals on Thursday, beating teams from Pflugerville, Lake Travis, and Georgetown. On Friday, Aly Van Zandt and Tatum Salinas beat teams from Leander, Hutto, and Weiss en route to a finals rematch with Leander Glenn. In a stellar final, the girls pulled out a win 6-0, 5-7, 13-11.
