Last night, our Lady Dawgs showed love and appreciation to our teachers! Each volleyball player chose a teacher to celebrate and invite to the games. I am so proud of our girls for recognizing the special teachers that pour into our kids every day! Thank you to our awesome volleyball parents for a beautiful display of goodies for the teachers to enjoy!
The Freshman and JV teams earned another sweep in straight sets! They have two more district games left and are both sitting in a great spot to win district.
Our Varsity girls got the job done in 4 sets! With trying a new rotation, things were a little shaky, but they battled through it and got it done! They have secured a playoff spot, but need to finish strong to stay at the top! We celebrated two big milestones last night. Addie Grace Hernandez reached 800 varsity career digs and MaeSyn Gay has earned 700 varsity career kills! This is an incredible accomplishment and we are so proud of them!
All three teams will head to Georgetown Gateway on Friday! Varsity will play at 5 and 9th/JV will follow around 6:30. This game will be a big factor in the Varsity standings. We hope you all can make it, our girls are working hard!!
