Medication Drop-Off Information

We will accept necessary prescription medications, emergency medications and as needed medication with proper documentation. Our health services tab on the district website has all necessary health action plans and medication forms, click HERE to access these forms.

Upon arrival to drop off medication, please make sure that you have performed the COVID self screening protocols before leaving home. You will need to get out of your vehicle in order to complete the process, so make sure that you bring a mask or face shield for your use. Please come to the front of the school and the school nurse will assist you in the process.

If you are unable to participate during these times, please contact the school nurse to schedule an appointment for medication drop off.

Also please note that if you wish the medication to be used at school for the entire year, we must have a physician’s signature on our district “medication administration form” or a doctor's order to accompany ANY medication.
