I graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center School of Nursing in San Antonio with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. The majority of my 26 years of nursing has been in the hospital, acute care setting. I am excited to teach at the high school level, this will be my 17th year to teach health science courses at Burnet High School. I enjoy helping students expand their horizons and research their options that can take them where they want to go academically and professionally. I look forward to this year and the opportunities your student will experience in the wonderful world of healthcare.
