Welcome!

I am thrilled to introduce myself as the Director of Bands for Burnet Consolidated Independent School District (BCISD). This marks my 24th year in education, with a fulfilling 10 years dedicated to teaching right here in Burnet.

As a proud graduate of Burnet High School, Class of ’97, it’s an honor to give back to the community that helped shape me. My academic journey continued at Howard Payne University, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Music Education, and furthered my studies with a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University.

Beyond my passion for music and education, I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, cooking, and running my laser and CNC business on the side.
