Julie Rogers - US History

Hello, my name is Julie Rogers. This will be my third year as a teacher. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in history, and a minor in secondary education. I have a passion for history, and strive to pass that on to my students.

 

I recently got married, and have two very playful dogs Conway (Aussie) and Kona (Lab). I love to spend time with my husband usually doing some type of activity with our puppies. My hobbies are reading, painting/drawing, and gardening. (please let me know if you have any tips. I am very new to gardening, and I can hardly keep my plants alive!) 

 

I am so excited to be with BCISD, and cannot wait to meet my students and their parents. Let's have a good year! Go Dawgs!
