Courtney Triplett

I am so excited to be Burnet Bulldog! This will be my 13th year in education, my first here in Burnet. My journey to education is a long one. I graduated from McMurry University in Abilene with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. I started my career as a juvenile probation officer and continued my education at Colorado Technical University earning a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Management. After almost a decade in the Juvenile Justice System we moved to a small town in west Texas and I began substitute teaching. My love for teaching was instant and I have not looked back since!

In the little free time I have (it's okay, I enjoy being busy), I love spending time with my family, or reading a good book, or hanging out in the backyard enjoying wonderful conversation!
