Lyndon Scott is active in AVID and Football. He has earned an A in all of his classes, including a 94% in APES. He's one of the most dedicated students I have had the pleasure of teaching. Although he has a 94% in APES, he cares about understanding the content more than he cares about the grade. He will ask questions when no one else will. On assignments, he goes one step farther than is required.
Faith Green is involved in 3 extracurricular activities - NHS, SPH and BETC. She also works part time. Despite being so busy, she has A's in all of her classes, including a 95% in APES. She also took AP Chemistry last year and did very well. Like Lyndon, she asks questions to improve her understanding. She sets high goals for herself and never gives up. She is a joy to teach.
