Lady Dawg Volleyball Weekly Recap

The Lady Dawgs wrapped up another big week, with each team going 1-1.

Some highlights this week are:

All three teams beat Marble Falls in straight sets on Tuesday for PINK OUT night!
JV and Freshman both fought hard at Salado, taking the match to 3 sets, but unfortunately didn't prevail in the end. This was JV's first district loss this season!
Varsity battled a very tall and talented Salado team. Our Lady Dawgs fought for every point and did everything they could, but were unable to come out on top.
We (coaches) are extremely proud of how hard these girls are working! The way they got after Salado was impressive! They never gave up!
We have a new addition to our volleyball family. Truett Wayne Tippie was born on Tuesday, Oct. 11! He and mom (Coach Ali Eaton Tippie) are home and doing amazing! Big Sister, Emery, is so proud!

Looking forward to next week, we will host Lampasas on Tuesday. 9/JV starts at 5 pm with Varsity following around 6. Then on Friday, we will travel to Taylor. We hope to see you all in the Dawg House (gym) on Tuesday!
