Your Bulldog Tennis Team hosted the Vikings from Lago Vista on Thursday, September 26. We adjusted the starting lineup a bit to try to take advantage of the mixed doubles. Callen Smith and Robyn Massey played a great match and won. Callen followed up with a singles win. Isaac Saldivar also won his doubles match with Charlie Castillo, and his singles match. Unfortunately for the Dawgs, those were the only points that we won. Alex Burns and Jareyli Luna fought hard, but lost close matches. In a display of bravery, Luke Suchomel played his heart out despite recovering from illness.
This loss does eliminate the Dawgs from playoff contention. We take on Marble Falls on Tuesday for our last match of the season.
