Last night (Feb 13) your Lady Dawgs traveled down 281 to take on rival Marble Falls to wrap up the first round of district. The Mustangs and us were tied for first, so we knew it was going to be a tough game! JV set the tone winning 2-0 against the Lady Stangs. Varsity went out hard and ended their game 3-0!!! This makes us 6-0 in district as we finished round 1, and we are currently sitting in 1st place!!!
Kaycie Banton had 2 goals and an assist
Savannah Griffin had a goal and an assist
Amelia Griffin had an assist.
Coach Suarez and I are SO proud of the girls and excited to see what they do in the 2nd round! We are on the road Friday, but will be back at home next Tuesday and next Friday, and would love to see green in the stands!!
