Here is a quick update as we move into mid-season:
The Lady Dawgs (9-4) won the Bumblebee Classic Basketball Tournament last weekend! These young ladies reeled off five wins culminating in a three point victory over the tournament host, Little River Academy, in the championship game! After a long weekend of basketball, they traveled to Salado last night and played their most complete game yet, beating the Eagles 57-46. It was a solid performance on both ends of the floor, with everyone contributing to the win.
There is no slowing down for this team, they travel to The Great East Texas Shootout this weekend!
