Wow! What a week the Bulldogs and Lady Dawgs are having! Please excuse me while I take a moment to brag on our students and their coaches, directors, and advisors. The Lady Dawgs earned Bi-District and Area Championships in Volleyball this week! More playoff action for them next week. The BHS Esprit de Corps earned 11th in State at the UIL Marching Contest out of more than 200 4A bands! The BHS FFA Meats Judging Team earned a National FFA Championship today as a team, and individuals on the team finished 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th! The Bulldogs have secured a place in the Football playoffs going into their last game of the season tonight! BHS Cross Country runners head to the UIL State Cross Country Meet on Saturday with the girls qualifying as a team and the boys qualifying 2 individual runners! These accomplishments didn't just happen this week. They were earned through lots of hours of work and practice starting as early as last spring. Every day is a great day to be a Bulldog... it just so happens that today is even a little more special! #spiritpridehonor
