This past Friday (2/24) your Lady Dawgs took on the Jarrell Cougars! We came out strong and played hard and walked away with a GREAT team win! We had lots of fans and we are so grateful for all the support! These girls put in work daily, and are so fun to watch, so thank you for coming out to watch them!
Brook Oliva and Amelia Griffin both led the Dawgs with 2 goals. Taylor Petty, Kaycie Banton, and Caroline Valencia also got a goal, and one of our defenders Maris Sanchez and our GOALIE Juliet Morales both also got a goal. Kaycie Banton, Amelia Griffin, and Reagan Shipley all had 2 assists. Defense and both of our GK Juliet and Kylie Brobst kept a clean sheet in the back. This brings us 9-0 in district!
We have one more home game NEXT Tuesday VS Gateway @ 5:30 and we will be celebrating our seniors! We would love to have the stands FULL of green as we celebrate these girls, and the legacy they are leaving for Burnet Soccer!
This Friday we will travel to Lago Vista to take on the Vikings at 5:00, and boys will play at 7:00!!
We are SO proud of our boys team as they snagged a playoff spot this past Friday!!!!!
