HOSA students competed at Area competition this past Friday and Saturday,competing against large 5A and 6A schools in our Area. Baylee Warwick will be going to State with Vanessa Gaona as runner-up!!! I am including each student and team results below (top 3 advance to state):
Baylee Warwick - 1st place in Clinical Nursing
Vanessa Gaona - 4th place in Clinical Nursing
Marguerite Reed and Raelin Rala - 8th place Forensic Science Team
If you see these young ladies please congratulate them, they represented Burnet High school and exemplified Spirit, Pride and Honor. I could not be more proud of the hard work and dedication that these young ladies have put in this year!! I also want to thank officers Dalton Buchhorn, Steven Vollmar and Christine Cummings for helping our Forensic Science team prepare for Area competition.
