Burnet Esprit de Corps earned 12th place out of 23 bands at the UIL State Marching Contest!

 

We had to overcome some major obstacles yesterday and the kids rose to the occasion.  Spirit, Pride, and Honor permeates our community.  Many schools have a motto, but few build a community wide foundation on that motto the way that we have here in Burnet.  I truly believe that our motto and our strong legacy powered us through what many might have expected to be a rebuilding period for the EDC.  Our kids were amazing all year.  That's because they are the product of an amazing community.  If you are reading this, you are part of our community and we thank you for your support and the opportunity to go represent our community at the highest level!
