On Thursday evening, the Bulldog tennis team opened our district competition with an 11-8 win over Salado. Without a 7th boy, we had to forfeit the mixed doubles match. Despite starting in an 0-1 hole, wins from all of the girls doubles and the #3 boys doubles teams took us out to a 4-3 lead.
We were able to take 7 of the 12 singles matches to secure the win and start the district season on the right foot! Coach Myhre and I are proud of how the kids have worked hard so far this season and are excited to see this young team continue to grow.
