Burnet's CX Debate team of Hayden Brown and Grace Gates competed in the district tournament at Lake Belton against several other teams and walked away as District Champions! They finished the day winning all of their rounds (4-0) and a total of 229 speaker points. Grace also won Top Speaker at the tournament!
Coach Sims and BHS could not be more proud of the hard work and dedication that these two individuals have put in this year. Together, they will be advancing to the state CX Tournament to be held in mid-March.
