Burnet High School participated in the Shattered Dreams Program on March 7th and 8th. The Shattered Dreams program involves the dramatization of an alcohol-related crash on or near a high school campus, complete with fire, police and EMS response, emergency room treatment, family notifications, and the arrest and booking of the driver. Thank you all for your support and help with the 2024 Shattered Dreams program. It is one of our deepest hopes that a program like this will reach and resonate with our students, our kids, before a situation like this is a reality.
