Bulldog Track Results - Cotton Boll Relays 3/7/24

From Coach Speer:

Yesterday (3/7/24), your Bulldogs traveled to Taylor to compete in the Cotton Boll Relays.  The weather was pretty typical for Taylor.  Windy with scattered showers for most of the day.

Despite the windy and rainy conditions, both teams delivered their best performances of the season. The Varsity boys emerged as the overall Team Champions, while the JV secured second place, propelled by a significant contribution from the JV baseball team participating in a tournament in Taylor as well.

Highlight of the day was both Varsity and JV winning the 4x100 and 4x200 relays.

Individual Performances:
  • Victor Aviles was dominant yesterday winning the 800m and 1600m!
  • Josvanny Ramierez placed 4th in the 3200m.
  • Isaias Zarate placed 5th in the 800m and 1600m.
