Hello, My name is Theresa Aguillon and I am so excited to be working with your child! This will be my 8th year of working in Life Skills at Burnet High School and I am now working with the 18+ Transition Program. I absolutely love what I am doing! I can't wait to meet your child and get to know them. It is going to be an amazing year!
My husband Gene and I just celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary. And we have 5 children, a daughter-in-law and our first grandbaby,
Timothy 27 Graduated from Burnet High in 2015 and graduated from Tarleton State University in 2020. He is starting his 4th year in education. This will be his 2nd year at Community Middle/High School where he will be teaching Health. He will be head coach for girls basketball for the second year and assistant softball coach this year. He married Claire in July 2021 and they had our first grandbaby. Collyns Olivia was born on July 18, 2022 and is the most amazing baby in the universe!!! She is one and is walking!! I'm a very proud grammy!
Luke 23 Graduated from Burnet High in 2019 and completed a year at Tarleton State University and is now the tower operator at Heidelberg. He just purchased a new truck and is looking for land to build a home on.
Genesis 21 Graduated from Burnet High School in 2021 and completed a semester at TJC. She then transferred to Tarleton State University and is starting her 3rd year there. She is pursuing an education degree and teacher certification. She plans to teach PreK or Kindergarten in the future. She just took a job as an Instructional Partner at PPCD at an elementary school in Stephenville.
Abigail 18 Graduated from Burnet High School in 2023 and will be attending Tarleton State University in the fall. She just returned from Duck Camp and made many friends. She is looking forward to learning but most importantly to some independence. She moves into her dorm in a few weeks and this momma is struggling.
Benjamin 15 Will be a Freshman at Burnet High School this year. He is all about the academics and loves to learn new things. He just received all MASTERS on his 4 STAAR test. He really enjoys coding and wants to learn how to play the ukulele. He has his driving permit and will be driving us to school in the mornings so look out!!!
We love anything bulldog and can be found on the bleachers of any sports event involving Burnet Bulldogs and Lady Dawgs on any given day. If you spot us, please say hello. I enjoy getting to know the families of our students!!! Please let me know if there is ever anything I can help with.
