ALL ABOUT ME

My name is Amber Dawes. This is my 1st year teaching at BCISD and my 10th year in education. My family and I have lived in Burnet for 5 years. My husband and I have three children. Our oldest son is married and coaching at the college level, our middle son is a senior in college and our daughter is a junior at BHS. We love Burnet and the community. I attended the University of Texas and then graduated from Hardin Simmons University. Hook’em!  I feel very blessed to be able to teach in such a great district.
